Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

By using the GreenUp Energy website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site to submit orders or personal information.

Website Content

Product listings, prices, availability, and calculator estimates are provided for guidance and may change without notice. Final quotations, delivery charges, and installation scopes are confirmed by our team after reviewing your requirements.

Orders & Payments

Placing an order online creates a request for confirmation. Our team contacts you to verify items, delivery details, and payment method. Payment expectations and timelines are confirmed during that conversation—not automatically charged through this website.

Quotes & Estimates

Solar calculator results and quote submissions are estimates based on information you provide. Actual system design depends on site survey, roof conditions, load details, and equipment availability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse forms, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. We may refuse or cancel requests that appear fraudulent or incomplete.

Limitation

While we work to keep information accurate, GreenUp Energy is not liable for decisions made solely on website estimates. Contractual obligations for supply or installation are defined in confirmed quotations and related communications.

Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact page.
